Rotary Air Filter

Self-cleaning type rotating drum filter shall have high efficiency, easily cleanable filter media. The media shall be suitable for removing fluff/lint and dust from return air of the respective department. The pressure drop across the medium shall be as low as possible.

The filter media shall be selected for the respective department and shall be strapped with the drum enabling quick and easy removal for cleaning/replacement. The traveling nozzles shall clean the filter media effectively and uniformly. The filter shall be complete with perforated drum (with large free area), rotating mechanism, radial suction fan, drive & suction motors, connecting duct/hose, collection bags having facility for easy disposal of collected waste, necessary frames for connecting & mounting, etc.

The drum shall be fabricated by using heavy gauge M. S. sheets. End plates, perforated cylindrical drum; all supported on M.S. fabricated heavy stand. The filter unit shall be supplied complete with rotating mechanism with geared motor for the drum and traverse motion for the suction nozzles moving on the filter surface to collect the fluff from the same. The suction nozzles shall be connected to a powerful suction fan and filter cum fluff collector unit with dust collector.
